Muskoka Off Road Riders
The Muskoka Off Road Riders is a club directly affiliated
with the Ontario Federation of Trail Riders.
Our focus is providing access to some of Ontario’s
most pristine offroad trails.
We are a club of approx 130 members. We share a joy for two wheeled off road riding.Â
Members gain access to exclusive MORR events.Â
Members are encouraged to participate in our community. Build trail, join random rides and participate in events all season long.
If you live or vacation in the Muskoka region and love to ride then join MORR.Â
“The Muskoka Off Road Riders (MORR) is a small group of local, community minded outdoor enthusiasts operating as a chapter club within Ontario Federation of Trail Riders (OFTR). Instead of 4 wheels or two skis and a track, we ride on two wheels.
The MORR club is for all ages, from youth, families, and all the way to aging retirees (Barry) who enjoy riding dirt bikes. MORR provides access to responsible off-road motorcycle riding on a variety of closed courses, approved crown land and private land. Our events and trail systems are restricted to approved members.
Our goals are to:
- Educate new operators, young and old.
- Hold family riding events to advanced trail riding events.
- Lobby for the responsible use of dirt bikes.
- Build a community for those who like to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors in Muskoka / Parry Sound.
We are not a racing club, in fact, the majority of the trails ridden are at extremely low speeds, maintaining low noise levels and leaving as little impact on the environment as possible, which is our intent, this is a technical sport.Â
All Dirt Bikes are not motocross bikes and we discourage modified trail bikes. We want  to keep noise levels acceptable.
The majority of our trails focus on single track wilderness routes, with minimal impacts to flora and fauna… most of us are some level of “tree hugger” and have a great respect for the outdoors and natural environment.Â
We are all explorers at heart and like to challenge our mental and physical selves while enjoying riding with others, this sport is soup for the soul!Â
If this peaks your interest and you would like to be part of a community of off-road two-wheeled enthusiasts, this is the club for you!Â
Â
We appreciate your support in keeping our sport recognized and respected in a positive light.”
